The pace of change and development in the information technology field is incredibly fast.
One of the important software trends is the rise of Software-as-a-Service, also known as SaaS for short. SaaS allows software to be served to your computer via a network, similar to a utility service such as electricity or water.
Below are some SaaS examples. Most of these examples are free for personal use, so do check them out in case they might be useful to you.
- Photoshop Express (from menu, select "Online Tools" > "Photoshop Express Editor")
- Microsoft Office Web Apps
(you must have Genuine MS Office installed on your computer to access) - Zoho Business and Productivity Apps
